The one-on-one mentoring sessions are for you to share or get feedback on anything that you need to accomplish your goals this year. These are considered high-level coaching sessions. They can be used for any aspect of your business. We can work on eliminating your limiting beliefs which is a big reason for inaction. How to overcome fear. Provide you with strategies to implement, tweak and adapt as you move through your goals during the mentorship. The ONE word that will define these mentoring sessions is LIMITLESS! There are truly infinite ways in which you can expand, grow and pivot this year. You will get two one hour sessions per month, for a total of six sessions during the mentorship.
Mastermind Group Sessions
In these mastermind group sessions you will be able to brainstorm with me to come up with innovating ideas to support your vision and goals. I will be having one mastermind group session per month for a total of three Mastermind Group Sessions during the mentorship.
"Get It Done" Work Sessions
We will be having two Get It Done Work Sessions per month where I will guide and support you in your vision, goals and strategies that we come up with during our one-on-one sessions and the Mastermind Group sessions. About Your Innovator Mentor
I have been on the forefront of the trending changes of the voiceover industry for the past decade. The last VO tech disruptor was in 2005 with the start of online casting sites (P2P). In 2020, when it was predicted we had about 10 years left of the voiceover world as we knew it then before we really saw anything with AI, I took action. I began looking at solutions for my business and ways in which I would pivot. What we saw in 2005 with the disruption of online casting sites will be nothing compared to what we are about to see change this year and beyond.
I know firsthand how change can cause us to be stuck in lack of action. I would say 2021-2022 were years were I stalled in moving forward with my new strategies because I was so comfortable in how my business was going. I was making well over six-figures in various genres and I did't really want to change anything or everything. To help myself, I joined an annual mentorship and a business mastermind in 2022-2024 which were monumental in helping me take action in pivotal ways. So I know firsthand what it's like to not want to change something that has been working and working great.
I also understand what it's like to have a struggling voiceover career. Before 2015, I struggled finding my place in the voiceover industry because I didn't believe there was a place for me with the way I sounded so I was trying to be someone else. Guess what? The moment I used my voice authentically, embraced who I was and all that I bring to the microphone, everything changed for the better. I took endless voiceover training sessions, coached with some of the best voiceover and business coaches available that helped me start succeeding after this.

It will be a good introductory to who I am if you really don't know anything about me. This is a prime example of one of the ways I didn't take action and follow-through. We all have them but this year, this doesn't have to be you. None of us can afford to not take decisive aligned action.
