TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR DEMO PURCHASE
Winning In Voiceover LLC-S will evaluate each demo production request individually. If you do not meet the basic requirements needed to record a demo, a full refund will be issued. By purchasing a demo, you understand that your demo will be a direct reflection of your current voiceover skillset and while post-production can compensate for certain things, it cannot change your skillset nor your recording environment. If your current recording environment is not conducive to recording a professional demo, you will be asked to book a professional recording studio of your choice. You understand that if you need to rent a professional studio, that cost is not included in your demo production purchase with us.
If at any point during the demo prep consultation or during the demo recording session, it is necessary to postpone your demo recording due to not being fully ready to record a demo and you would benefit from having coaching sessions to be fully ready to record, you agree you will get additional coaching to be demo recording ready.
Your demo recording session must be scheduled within 90 days of your date of purchase. You will get a total of two revisions included with the price of your demo to ensure total satisfaction of your demo. Any revisions you may want after this will incur a $50 revision fee, this ensures we can keep the cost of our demos at the affordable price they are set at.
DEMO REFUND POLICY
If you no longer wish to get a Get Started Demo with Winning In Voiceover LLC-S (Company) after your purchase, please email Sophia at sophia@winninginvoiceover.com prior to your scheduled demo consultation. Once your demo consultation has occurred, a refund will no longer be given. All demos must be completed within 90 days of purchase. No refunds will be given after 90 days of date of purchase regardless of whether or not a demo consultation or recording session was scheduled or completed. The scheduling of your demo consultation is your responsibility and those details are provided to you immediately upon purchase.
If you are able to get a refund based on our policy above, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to our payment processor to refund your payment. A credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
The Company will not, under any circumstances, issue any refunds, in whole or in part, after the 90 day refund deadline stated above or if a demo consultation has been completed.
Your access to any related materials is revoked immediately upon your receipt of a refund. By requesting and accepting a refund, you agree to immediately cease using and delete all materials related to the purchased from all your electronic devices, including but not limited to video recordings, audio recordings, forms, templates, checklists, guides, slide decks, and other resources.
